Culet

A member of the Culet Tier could be called a Minion God.

They are non-player characters of one sort or another.

Some are henchmen of player gods, or representatives from a campaign world pantheon.

Some are sponsored by the Diamond Master to act as more characters or as challenges.

It is slightly easier to kill a Culet god than a normal one.

Culet gods are exempt from the normal restrictions on the number of domain holdings, but their power is very limited in other ways.
