Hypercone Tree

The Hypercone Tree is the physical manifestation of Time on the Diamond of Existence. It runs along the entire Diamond, sprouting agate-like leaves in the Immortal Facets.

It is the home of the Steep Norns.

The hypercone shape of the Tree represents the fact that deities may have nearly infinite knowledge of past, present, and possible future without necessarily being able to predict the upcoming spiral iteration of the future with perfect accuracy. For example, in the Icy Wastes, Steepest Loki betrayed the gods under Steepest Odin, yet the deities of other Facets do not know what form this betrayal will take or even if it will occur at all.
