The Alpha, Gamma-Man, Beta, rule an empty universe. Gamma-Man creates a nymph, Di, and takes her for a lover. She feels a pull to adventure, but finds nothing to explore. This gives Gamma-Man an idea. He share's Di's urge for worldliness, and he ridicules the Alpha for the lack of power it takes to rule a mere void. The Alpha creates a world immediately, gathering the Sky to his fingertips and condensing it into Earth. The toughest part of this new world is its hollow center, in which he attempts to trap the agile Gamma-Man. Gamma-Man dodges out into the far reaches of space, abandoning Di. The Alpha becomes creator deity and god of Earth and Sky. Beta takes the domain of water, and Di becomes her servant. Uno the Hellhound rules the fiery magma between the crust of Earthen surface and central Earthen prison. The Alpha builds more and more tempting things on the Earth, until Gamma-Man is tempted back. As Gamma-Man seizes power, the Alpha forces him deep into the Earth into the Prison. Along the way, Gamma-Man grabs hold of Uno's tail, ripping out three hairs as he descends. With these he can speak to Uno three times.
